Trafalgar Falls & Hot Springs Tour (approx. 4-5 hours in length)

  • Your tour begins with a short stop at the historic Roman Catholic Cathedral (built in 1854).

  • Next you will get a nice ride up to the View Point which rises 300ft above sea-level. Located 1 mile from the capital of Roseau, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the city's old-world charm nestled in nature's paradise. You will also enjoy a clear view of your cruise ship - excellent opportunity to take some photos.

  • After your bird's eye view, you will now get to see the greenery up close and personal at the Botanical Gardens. Here you will get a sample of the various fauna and flora that live in Dominica. You may just be lucky to get in on a game of live Cricket being played at the grounds in the Gardens.

  • Dominica is known as the Nature Island of the Caribbean for good reason. A short ride from the Botanic Gardens will give you a demonstration of this. You will get to experience our popular Hot Sulphur Springs. We have a lot of those. This is as a result of the volcanic nature of the island. Rest assured however, that we have NO active volcanoes at the moment.

  • Your last stop on this awe-inspiring tour is the visit of the Magnificent Trafalgar Twin Waterfalls (also known as the mama and the papa). The walk to get up close and personal with the Waterfalls is about 10-15 minutes. If you wish, you could bathe in the warm mineral water or if adventurous in the waterfall pools.

* Also included at your convenience, is the Champagne Beach for Snorkeling (30 minutes) should you wish to include this.
